Instead, we redirect all our energies towards creating and let our work do the talking.

We are a group of individuals with diverse and unrelated backgrounds. We came together for the pursuit of excellence. Amaya is engaged in creating world-class real estate and setting new standards for the industry.

Meet Our Core Team

Shaan Zaveri

Designer and entrepreneur with varied interests ranging from architectural and product design to running a popular restaurant - Swati Snacks in Ahmedabad. He leads Team Amaya with a passion for innovation, strong work ethic and pursuit for excellence.

Pankaj Shah

Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience. He started his career in the Middle East, worked on many infrastructure projects and joined JMC Projects (I) Ltd. Now he leads project execution at Amaya.

Ajay Mehta

Seasoned Executive with over 25 years of experience from JMC, Torrent and companies in United States. He brings a wealth of experience to Team Amaya in the area of Operations, Finance and Project Management to keep the Amaya fabric strong.

Jaiinder Choppra

Retired Captain of the Indian Army with years of management, marketing and sales experience drives Amaya Marketing and sales efforts with rigor and efficiency.

Mehul Mehta

Technologist and Computer Engineer by training. He has many years of experience in IT, sales, marketing and process management in the United States. He drives and supports business development, client transactions and maintenance with a strong focus on detail.

Gaurav Gadhecha

With varied experiences and strong acumen in real estate and investment finance, Gaurav brings a youthful spirit to Amaya and plays a key role in the areas of new business development, investor relations, marketing, accounts and finance.


With a Masters in Real Estate from New York University, United States and few years of real estate business experience under his belt, Aniruddh drives the services operations within the organisation to raise the standard of all post-possession offerings from Amaya ProServe, while continuing to support all marketing and business development initiatives.

Our Projects Are At The Forefront Of Innovation.

399: Our first project back in 1997 involved creating large sized apartment units as a “bungalow” replacement concept. This was a novel trend-setting idea at the time.
48K is a low-rise project that combines luxurious common amenities including a gorgeous swimming pool and a beautifully landscaped garden.
129 Weekend Villas reinvented the ‘farm house’ concept where weekend getaways are fully maintained on an ongoing basis and ready for use.
612 Elevate is a high-rise building with contemporary design, breath-taking views and duplex penthouses.
229 created a new segment for compact luxury residences with premium features in modest space configurations.
142 ParkWest is a low-rise building with a fresh take on the bungalow replacement segment with super premium finishes.
637 is our first commercial building project. It focuses on energy efficiency with features ranging from solar-powered common amenities to optimized parking spaces with mechanized parking lifts making it the first of its kind in Gujarat.
78@Gokuldham is a 192-apartment project with unique community features to cater to diverse interests for all age groups, including sports, fitness and entertainment. Common areas and amenities have been carefully planned and include car-washing facilities, fiber optic cabling and in-home network wiring.
426 redefined luxury living in a high-rise building. To this day, the project is excellently maintained, thanks to practical design choices, intelligent systems, and a very efficient service model.
